ReviewsI really like the fabric and trim of this polo. I have had mine for over 5 years and still holds up pretty well. One thing that the official description does not note is how wrinkle resistant this fabric is. I have never had to iron this polo and it comes out as lean out of my pack as is does from my closet hanger. If you own other polos, you should add this to your collection, you will not regret it.I bought this shirt last summer in Colorado and had never heard of the company before as I’m not a climber and just a casual biker. The shirt is perfect for golfing, wearing out at night, riding the bike or going for a hike. The nighthawk color which is navy bluish is classic as is the fit.My wife's boss wore these to work and she thought they looked sharp. She suggested the brand to me, and I bought two polos to see if they would work as part of my perma-wardrobe. They do!! Lightweight, breathable, durable, versatile. I started to wear these everyday and retired a lot of my older polos. I've since bought 11 of these shirts (8 Black and 3 Fired Clay), and I've been retiring my button-ups as well. I wish they hadn't discontinued the Fired Clay, but the black shirts never go out of style. I tried the LS version (long sleeve) and the cut was all wrong (too big; ended up gifting both shirts to my dad). Next time I get an LS, I'll buy a size smaller -- but the short sleeve polos are excellent!
Canada has a pioneering spirit. We react to where we are, in the moment. The only way to build the right gear for this environment was to build the company in this environment. You can't separate manufacturing from idea or location.
We have a full industrial shop, manufacturing tools, a down room, colour tests, washing machines; all the tools to make and break products until we arrive at a smooth, efficient process with a beautiful result. This may take three years, it may take longer.
This critical link between design and production allows us to create innovative manufacturing techniques.
Our relationship with W.L. Gore is one of the reasons we are able to craft the world’s best outerwear.
How do we continue to build gear while simultaneously protecting our backyard? Extreme durability and responsible resourcing can dramatically reduce our environmental impact.
